This holiday home is host to some spectacular uninterrupted views from almost every room that create a remarkable backdrop to your holiday. Put your feet up on the lazy boy, a glass of wine in hand and bask in the scenery of the Fiordland mountain ranges pouring in the windows. Make all your delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind with your family or group in the bright and open plan living area. In winter, light a fire to warm up after a day of adventure. Or in summer, spend some time soaking up the sun in the large flat lawn and garden.

Kepler Retreat is on a quiet, peaceful street and the garden looks out over the Te Anau Domain which borders the lake. It is a short 10-min walk into the heart of Te Anau for cafes and restaurants. Te Anau has been named the 'The Gateway to Fiordland' - making it the perfect place to base your holiday so you can the visit Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, Mitre Peak and any of the famous walking tracks nearby including Kepler and Routeburn.

Over priced and lacking , no internet, no soap or body wash in bath room, no light coveri great view

The view was lovely. It was expensive, no internet, no heating unless you wanted to start a fire, a fire hazard in the bathroom in the form of a heater. It was hard wired and very old. Bare globes in overhead lighting and on the wall for reading. My top blanket had a huge blob of something and clearly needed washing.
