Airi Kainga - Seaside Home

Elevated by the sea and in an ideal position for family holidays is this generous sized Lockwood home, Which have the most spectacular views overlooking the sea.

There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with queen size bed which has its very own en-suite with shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The three remaining bedrooms consist of one King bed, one queen bed and a bunk room which sleeps four guests. Sleeping a total of 10 people.

The main bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet and separate laundry with washing machine available to use. The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven with some pantry basics available.

The property was built with the sea views being the main focus which are enjoyed from most areas inside the home. The lounge and dining space is open plan with ranch sliding doors opening up from the lounge creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow onto a partly covered decked area which is an ideal space for afternoon BBQs and drinks with friends.

There is plenty of room for vehicles to park and please feel free to bring your boat/s

There is a private path leading down to a sandy bay below the property this is a great place to sit and make memories with the kids, explore the rocky foreshore, take the kayak out for a paddle or go diving/fishing any time you like. There is a kayak, some boogie boards and snorkelling gear available to use at your own risk curtesy of the owners.

This is an ideal spot if you are looking to get away from it all and just relax in a beautiful location, by the sea, at Te Kaha.

***Linen bundles- per bed (2 x sheets, 1 x pillowcase, 1 x towel) are included in the cleaning fee.***
- Te Kaha has very little cellphone coverage, you will pick it up in certain places at this property.

A beautiful location and an awesome place to stay.

The house was clean, lots of room and we'll equipped. The pathway to beach needs work tho. Too steep for kids, older folk and pregnant women. Despite that, we had a fantastic time. Oh and outside bar furniture needs updating or stored away from the elements for safety. Kayak equipment not all there which was a bit disappointing. However, our famy all loved Airi Kainga and look forward to returning! Nga mihi nui.

Everything was clean and tidy and the location was perfect and erin was very helpful,just one thing was i was happy it had an option of taking our dog when i booked it but that option was removed later on after i had confirmed my booking but i would definitely like to come back.also for the tv we couldnt get it to work with the instructions “this was mainly for our babies to watch movies at night to go to sleep lol” because tv couldnt read our hard-drive either. But really enjoyed our stay awsome location 👍
