Property was nice, and good value for money, l however felt out of place as a lone traveller. I do a lot of travel on my own but l somehow, felt excluded as a lone traveller. First time l ever experienced such. I feel the hotel needs to expand their target beyond couples and family and acknowledge that some guest prefer to travel alone.

Beautiful new seafront resort

Very peaceful Adults only resort with wonderful pools and spacious clean rooms. Breakfast was so relaxed and plenty of choice. Staff were all lovely without exception. Already booked again for next June!

Lovely rooms with (mostly) big balconies, very good breakfast, excellent a la carte restaurant, 4 pools with lots of sun beds & child free. It would have been 5 stars except for a few issues: our room wasn’t serviced every day, drinking water was only provided the first day after we asked for it (previously provided daily), the body lotion wasn’t refilled for over a week, shower gel was only replaced upon request, some mornings there was very little in the gluten free corner & with the cabaret acts performing on the terrace, there was nowhere to sit for a quiet drink after dinner. These minor issues would not put us off staying there again as we really enjoyed our holiday.

Fantastic hotel for couples

Hotel is fantastic. Super chilled and such a restful experience. Dont need to reserve loungers there are usually plenty. Pools are a little on the cold side though. We had a swim up suite and it was huge. Only downside was ours didnt have a terrace at the pool it was at the front and not private where our loungers were. Otherwiae a fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel in the laid back Costa Teguise

A lovely stay at a very good hotel, the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and the half-board offer is great, the food choices and selection are varied, I'm pescatarian but very plant based and there was lots of choice for those with restrictive eating. Shame water and tea isn't free (or appeared not to be, with the drinks stations shut). The pools looked nice though I didn't use them as they were quite cool and I prefer a bath (haha), it was also a hotel where the lower pools had no beds free (the upper cold pool did) until later in the afternoon. That annoying habit that many holiday makers have of nabbing a bed, leaving towels and disappearing for hours, is prevalent here also.

This was my third visit and it's still wonderful, my happy place. If I had one small criticism, despite there being more than enough sun loungers for everyone I noticed that on this visit guests were ignoring the "no reserving sun longers before 11am" policy. Please don't allow yourselves to become one of those hotels as it will totally spoil the lovely atmosphere

Disappointed - could have been great

Well located with great facilities. However we struggled to have our room cleaned during the day. We learned that reception will promise anything to get you to leave the desk (then nothing happens) - only option was to stand your ground. We were even promised a delivery to our room by way of apology but, you guessed it, nothing arrived. Got a generic email afterwards apologizing, saying compensating us while there was their priority and regretting this did not happen. Probably best avoid
