The water barely trickled out of the taps. Ran out of hot water after filling tub with 1 inch of water. The water in the had sand in it. I’m not too picky on hotels especially when booking a cheaper hotel. But having running water and hot water is a must. Totally unacceptable. I called the next day to complain, and was treated as if they didn’t care.

Clean room, comfy bed - easy check-in no need to go to front desk which was very convenient. They email you your room number and code for the lock. Lots of shopping and dining very close by as well. Would suggest blackout curtains. Great for the one night we stayed. Would stay here again if in the area.
