Born from a beautiful family project, this cottage was designed to offer a friendly and warm setting to its visitors. After a long search, the owners found this house from the 60s, which they completely renovated to offer you a comfortable vacation spot with family or friends!

Located in a peaceful hamlet of Tence, this spacious cottage can accommodate 10 people. Its large bright living room, its 5 bedrooms and its 2 bathrooms offer all the space necessary for your tribe to enjoy a pleasant stay.
Outside, a 3,500 m² plot of land, partly open, invites you to relax and play outdoor games. A garage is also available.

Just a few minutes away, the village of Tence offers all the essential shops and services. Nature lovers can enjoy a wide range of activities: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming in Lake Lavalette or discovering the preserved landscapes of Haut-Lignon.

An ideal place to meet, share and enjoy a rejuvenating stay in Haute-Loire!

For your comfort, the prices presented include bed and bathroom linen, charges and cleaning (The cottage must however be returned in a correct condition: beds unmade, bins emptied, dishes put away, toilets rinsed, swept) The entrance to the house is on the living room with an area of approximately 80m², it consists of a TV lounge area, and a kitchen with large living room. A laundry room and toilets complete the level.
On the first floor you will have 5 double bedrooms (3 bedrooms equipped with 140 beds and 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 90 beds) and 2 shower rooms, one of which has a toilet.
The house is located on a property of approximately 3500m² with trees and partly enclosed (the land does not have a gate, however)
You will also benefit from a closed garage where you can park a vehicle, or store your sports equipment.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
