Too expensive for a cheap experience

I paid for an expensive massage but there was no bathroom. We only had one key to our room which I did not have do I had to get in the shower to use the bathroom. They messed up our room and forget to get us our room key. We waited 3 hours by the pool and reminded them multiple times before finally we got our key. They offered to pack up our room so we did not have to leave at check out. I got home and realized they did not pack my clothing from the bathroom.

Beautiful position and grounds. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms well appointed, beds comfortable. Loved our stay. Only difficulty was the disabled access, the wood plank paths in hotel and surrounding cobbled streets were hard for elderly mother to negotiate
