📌 Important Info Before You Book

❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.

🚭 No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home. A $200 penalty applies if evidence is found.

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets allowed with prior approval from the company. $100 non-refundable deposit per pet. Additional $50 cleanup fee if pet waste is left on the porch.

🧴 What’s Provided? Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) are included. Guests must bring their own additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, and dish soap.

🌡 A/C: Window units are installed during the summer months for guest comfort.

🚗 Parking: Park only in the gravel area (2–3 cars max). No parking in the grass.

⚠️ Accessibility Note: The steps leading into the home are steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

This home does have exterior security cameras on front and back of the home.
