This beautiful home in Alpine Lake is new to renting and the owners have made this the perfect getaway for multiple families or large groups.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin over twin bunk beds (perfect for kids)

Master suite: King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and large bathtub

Downstairs:



Bedroom 4: King bed, sitting area, additional full bathroom

🏡 Property Features



Upon entering, you’ll find the laundry area and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a coffee bar area. The main floor also has a living room with a smart TV and wood-burning fireplace. Head down the hallway to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



🛁 Outdoor Features



Step outside the basement living area to find the hot tub nestled in the woods—perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.



🚗 Winter Travel

4WD or AWD is highly recommended during the winter season. The driveway is steep and can be slick in the winter months, so guests should use caution when entering and exiting in icy conditions.



📅 Booking Info



Minimum age requirement of 23 years old to book.

Driver`s license will be requested for all bookings.

Failure to meet the minimum age requirement will result in eviction without refund.

❌ No Pets

This property is NOT pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable fee of $500, and up to $1,000 if excessive cleaning is needed or damage is found.



🚭 No Smoking

A $200 fee will be charged if any signs of smoking are found.



🛁 Hot Tub

Please follow all posted hot tub rules. If excessive cleaning is required due to negligent use, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to your card.



🧳 Supplies

A starter basket is included with your stay, containing: Dish soap, Sponge, Trash bags, Paper towels, Toilet paper

Guests will need to supply their own additional items.
