The breakfast was the best part, service great food beautiful and abundant. The only thing I was abit disappointed with was the room , the room was dated especially the bathroom ..and the pressure of the shower was pretty bad. The lounge had alot of stains on the arm rests abd so did the bed frame base..its ashame because we really loved everything else.

I would have liked dinners with more vegetables with food and included a traditional roast dinner or pie dinner with vegetables, and fruit salads available for sweets and ice creams. A vegetarian menu would have been nice.

Went with my family / 2 kids. Room was a king bed and a sofa bed which was not clear at the moment of booking (picture showed two double beds). Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and my kids couldn’t sleep - so ended up having to book an additional room at almost double the cost. A Crowne Plaza hotel should not have such uncomfortable facilities for families -
