The Abba Urci Residence where La Villa dei Desideri resides has tennis, soccer, volleyball and bocce courts, as well as free private parking.



OUTSIDE: La Villa dei Desideri, has a large outdoor space very comfortable, the veranda with the attached furniture and the private garden surrounded by greenery, allow a pleasant stay observing the sea as well as the pool adjacent to the garden, perhaps lying on sunbeds provided by the Villa itself. The veranda has gas and brick BBQ with adjacent sink and outdoor washing machine



INTERIOR: The Villa dei Desideri has large kitchen with living room, equipped with microwave, electric oven, large refrigerator, complete with dishes, sofa bed.

Sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms with large bathroom communicating with them, equipped with walk-in shower and toilet bidet (accessible to the disabled).

One double bedroom plus bunk bed, bathroom with shower and bidet.

Air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets.



GUEST ACCESS:

In the Residence there is a parking lot for free use, tennis courts, soccer, bowling, volleyball with bar restaurant overlooking the sea, about 1Km. there are: restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarket.

The beach adjacent to the Residence is Foxi Manna, in the coast there are other coves.
