LAYOUT: Villa DEL MAR has a perfect mix of Mediterranean and modern style that is organized on two floors. The main entrance to the ground floor gives us access to a spacious and bright space where the American kitchen and the living room are located. The kitchen has all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare meals in a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The living room is made up of a sofa, a coffee table, and a large TV. Just to the right of the kitchen we find the first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. This bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. To the left of the living-dining room there is another bedroom, with two single beds. Entering the corridor on the right side of the living room, there are two other bedrooms, both with double beds. One of these two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Finally, we find another separate bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower, offering the necessary comfort for the whole family. To access the upper floor we must go through the external stairs. On this floor we will find the three remaining bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and another two with two single beds, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower. Likewise, the upper floor offers a large living-dining room and kitchen area, equipped with modern appliances. Both floors offer large terraces, some covered, all ideal for sharing moments enjoying the Mediterranean climate with family or friends.

EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to the driveway where we can park several vehicles. On the covered terrace on the ground floor we will find an outdoor dining area with capacity for everyone. Going up the stairs, just to the left we will find a chill out area with a hanging hammock. On the lower terrace we will find the pool area surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the climate of the Costa Blanca. Finally, going up the spiral staircase from the upper floor, you access the solarium, from where you can get impressive views of the sea.

SITUATION: The villa VILLA DEL MAR is located in a quiet area offering peace and tranquility and is situated within walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and water activities in the town of Moraira and its beaches.
