CHARMING VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL AND WONDERFUL VIEWS. For a maximum of 12 guests.
LAYOUT: The villa is organized on two floors connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance is from The main entrance is on the ground floor through the pool terrace. A corridor leads us to the four bedrooms: three with double beds and the other one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms available on this floor: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Going up the stairs we will access the upper floor where we will find a living room formed by a bench with views to the surroundings, ideal to share a drink with family or friends as well as two three-seater sofas and a television. The American kitchen, located nearby, is perfectly equipped with all the t items and appliances necessary for the preparation of fantastic meals to share together. This floor offers the two remaining bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a second one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower is also located on this floor.
EXTERIOR: Several vehicles can be parked inside the plot. The garden surrounding the whole villa is made up of plants and bushes of the region that will make your stay very pleasant. On our right are two armchairs with a parasol. At the front of the villa is the swimming pool area surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the great Mediterranean climate.. On the left side there is an outdoor dining table under a pergola that allows us to enjoy lunch and dinner with all our family and friends. A little further up there are two chill out areas that allow us to disconnect and have a drink in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. On the upper terrace there is an outdoor dining table with incredible views of the sea and the surrounding area.
LOCATION: Villa PERLA is located in a quiet area, in a dead end street and with little traffic in a residential urbanization. Close to the services of the municipality and a few minutes drive from the beach and the charming village of Moraira.
