Respect the Space
This home is meant to be a peaceful and enjoyable place for all guests. Please treat it with care during your stay.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the home or anywhere on the property. This includes all indoor rooms, porches, patios, and outdoor areas.
📶 Internet Access
The home’s Wi Fi network is encrypted for your protection. The network name and password are written behind the television for easy access.
🍽️ Kitchen Care
Protect the Countertop and Kitchen table by using the trivets
Please:
• Use cutting boards for all food prep
• Avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the surface
• Wipe spills promptly to prevent staining or damage
Your care helps keep the kitchen beautiful for future guests.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling – both located on the 12th street curb.
Recycling
• All recyclables should be placed in the yellow recycling can (once they are bagged). Bags are under the kitchen sink.
Trash
• Regular household trash goes in the green trash receptacle.

• All trash must be bagged before being placed in the receptacles—no loose items, please.
Proper sorting helps keep the property clean and supports local waste guidelines.

🚪 Before You Leave
To help us prepare the home for the next guest, please:
• Empty all trash, making sure everything is bagged, and place it in the
o Yellow lid container for recyclables
o Green lid container for regular trash
• Leave all soiled laundry on the kitchen floor ( if you haven’t washed it)
• You’re welcome to leave the dishwasher full of clean dishes
• Set the thermostat to 72 degrees before you go
