Centrally located in the Villages, BUT only a 5 minute cart ride to Lake Sumter Square where you can check out the daily and nightly activities. Only 20 mins away from Brownwood Square. A block away from Coconut Cove Rec Center with a ton of activities & pool! The Villages has over 70 Golf courses and 100 pools! Also, the home is more private than most in the villages, backing up to open space! If we can do anything to help with your stay let us know!

All amenities as described!

Our stay was good, and we would stay again.Would like to suggest that if you can't clean or replace current carpeting, it will be a big plus if you can purchase some nice throw rugs to cover the dirtiest spaces.Also improvement on patio furnishings would go a long way to add to the comfort of renters.Overall we enjoyed our time in your home.Dianne Malley
