Welcome to our house in the villages pet friendly. We are certainly excited about having you as our guests. This adorable, ideally located Villa is nicely updated with all Stainless kitchen, fully glassed in Lanai for year round comfort and spacious deck with gas BBQ grill.

With FREE 4 seater sporting faux Ostrich seats, storage platform for carrying fun stuff, an electric golf cart will zip you down to the shopping, dining and live musical performances 365 days a year! You’ll have The Villages as your Oyster! BBQ on the patio or skip to Lake Sumter Landing, 5 minutes away for Live Music and Entertainment EVERY night of the year!

Each room features comfortable bedding and tasteful decor, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath walking shower and walk in closet and desk for computer work and internet access along with satellite TV. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, with a dresser, quality linen along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

You can unwind and soak in the bath tub located in the second bathroom. The queen sleeper sofa from Tommy Bahama furnishings is roomy and practical for weekend visitors in the living room!

The kitchen comes with a table and 2 chairs, fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up all your favorite meals and eat together at the elegant dining table with 4 chairs.

We have an outdoor grill and barbecue area complete with a table and comfortable seating. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy great food, and spend time with friends or family.

The Golf card can travel 15 miles on a single charge, and there is a phone # in the back of golf card to call if run out of juice.

Smoking is not allowed on the property (including vaping)

We accept dogs only, $100 for 1 or $150 for 2 dogs, less than 20 Lbs each and emotional support dog is the same price as above, except service dogs if free of charge.

The Villages rec centers offer swimming pools, pickle ball, tennis, pool tables, and more activities to choose from. We can only order 2 guest pass for 2 guest $25 each so you can enjoy the pool and the activities in the villages. Just let us know after your book your reservation by sending us a message with guest info, email, addresses, and phone #.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Please close any windows, return the garage remote and the white card on the kitchen counter. • Plug the charger for the golf cart • put the garbage out the night before Monday
Just lock the bottom lock, front door and lanai not the deadbolt. At checkout just insert key back in lockbox, push down black lever to close it, and reset code to all "0"
