Each bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, inviting you to relax and rejuvenate after a long day exploring the beautiful city. Our apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a welcoming living room, where you can unwind with your loved ones over a glass of local wine.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an elegant and timeless neoclassical design that will transport you back in time to Thessaloniki’s fascinating history. From the beautiful parquet floors to the intricate details in the moldings and furniture, every corner of our apartment exudes a unique charm that will make your stay unforgettable.
Magnolia by halu! is a brand new, 3-Bedroom neoclassical apartment, located in the most central part of Thessaloniki, surrounded by the dozens of popular cafés, restaurants and bars.

Magnolia is located on the first floor of a historical building named “Atlantis”, built in the 1920s. When renovating this beautiful apartment, we tried to combine the classical heritage with modern comfort. The result is a bright, spacious and very practical space, consisting of 3 separate bedrooms with Queen beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and a big living room in the centre. The apartment has an airy modern feel, mixed with classic antiques. Inside, you will find all 2021 amenities, such as incredibly good mattresses, high-speed WiFi, a bluetooth speaker, Smart TV (incl. NETFLIX), Nespresso Coffee maker, as well as old-time amenities, like our twin 1880s victorian closets!

Two of the three bedrooms look at the front, above Zefxidos Street, which is filled with bars and cafés. Even though we’ve renovated the windows, you can still hear some noise in the background, so these two bedrooms aren’t great for light-sleepers. However, the 3rd bedroom looks to the back, so it’s perfectly quiet!
