I had to change hotels after driving 4.5 hours since there was no bathtub stopper and it wasn't anywhere in the room. It smelled like smoke and incense to cover it up when it's a non-smoking room. The staff member had no one else on duty before 6pm and maintenance staff left so she would have me change rooms to find out if a bathtub stopper. The front desk lady was very nice but there were several people leaving when I came in that worked there. Hilton has maintenance staff there at 6pm to help and there isn't everyone leaving except 1 at 6pm The ice machine wasn't working. They should address these issues. There was a dead plant at someone else's room.

This staff was very friendly and very supportive. The room is extremely basic with very little amenities.. The bed was a little worn, but was comfortable.. if you’re on a budget this is the place to go, but if you want a little bit of luxury, you need to kick it up and go to a better place
