Nestled in a safe and quiet area, Bear Hollow offers the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility to the quaint town of Three Rivers.
The space
Your arrival will be welcomed by a beautiful park of trees where deer and wild turkeys and squirrels enjoy to hang out at. There’s parking in front of the home for a few cars. This park has a lot of different games for you to enjoy the outside area while staying entertained.

Entering into the home, you will be welcomed into a cozy space with thoughtful décor and lots of board games.

KITCHEN:
An open kitchen equipped with nice appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for baking, spices, coffee, teas, and some snacks. You can prepare a home cooked meal for the group or walk to the restaurants nearby. Gather at the dining table or on the bar stool seating at the counter while dining, chatting, or simply unwinding in this cozy space.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

We provide a propane grill (propane provided) so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking if you desire! You can relish your favorite dishes while surrounded by the serene sounds of nature.

✔ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home!

✔ Our home has a washer and dryer for your use. Dryer sheets and detergent are available.

✔We keep a first aid kit in the upper cabinet next to the washer and dryer for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide linens for each guest.

✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish brush.

✔ Coffee, creamer, sugar, tea are included.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and property with the exception of a small, locked owners closet and shed.

Entry is via Schlage keypad on the front door. A code will be provided in your check in email.

Pets are welcome with a fee.

No Fireworks or smoking of any kind on the property, or in the house.

We have high speed wireless internet.

There are occasionally wild animals in the area. Please do not let children (or adults) climb on the fence or railings around the decks.
