For the small town of Three Rivers, comfort inn was very affordable and - well - comfortable. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but it had a clean room, clean bathroom, and offered breakfast every morning from 6:30-9:30am. 20 minute drive to the Sequoia National park which is why almost all travelers stay at this location! The overall hotel is a little run-down aesthetically, meaning some wooden doors have scratches and some things around the place look a little DIY.. but if you’re not super picky about aesthetics then this is the perfect stay.

We stayed at rm 243, there's this loud sort of rushing water in a pipe that keeps on going for hours, sounds like there's somebody using a large amount of water that resonates in the room. So annoying, my wife and i barely slept due to this noise.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. My family and I were waiting for a big party to exit the hot tub because there was no room for us and the guy who had checked us in came out to tell me that he knows it’s busy right now and that if I needed to he would let us stay passed closing time so we can enjoy it. Breakfast was good, just what you would expect nothing fancy but it was fully stocked and it was filling. Would definitely stay here again

We have stayed in a number of hotels when touring California. This is a lower 3 star with the basic set of amenites in the room. Reception was prompt and we were allocated a ground floor room. The room was quite tired and had an uncomfortable dish shaped bed. The shower was adequate and there needs to be some more storage space. Free Parking is right out side the room. The breakfast arrangements are very basic. The hotel is next to a busy road and we were occasionally woken up by noise outside. We had an infestation of ants in the room while we were there.

Our stay was not very comfortable. The bed quality was poor, and there was a lot of outdoor noise throughout the night. We could also clearly hear when other guests were using their showers or restrooms, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered or provided any explanation. The food was just okay. Overall, we didn’t feel very safe, as the property felt more like a motel than a hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.

Fireplace was advertised in the suite, but a sign above it says to try turning it on several times before it stays on. We gave up trying after 8 to 10 attempts. Jacuzzi tub we also paid for had fuzz in the filter and the water did not get got enough Bacon at breakfast was paper thin.

It was a wonderful room. The laudry was clean and the jacuzzi was warm (although it had a chemically odor), but we choose this lication fir the Tesla chargers abd they do habe 4 charging stations in the back, but they were down our entire stay, which made us have to get our car towed to charge

We arrived in the later evening, rested, and left around 730 the next morning to visit Sequoia NP. We returned around 3:15pm to cockroaches and other insects in the room. We asked the staff if we could cancel our 2nd night receive a partial refund. The staff couldn’t care less, the manager only offered a 20% discount for a future booking since we requested after 3pm. Absolutely unprofessional, unclean, and lacked the basic hospitality a reasonable patron would expect.

The fire alarm kept going off at different times including one night at midnight. It was horrible!! We did call to complain and were told that we would be given a 10% discount but I have not received an updated bill showing that discount.
