The review were terrible but decided to give it a try to save money. We had to change room as soon after checking in because the carpet in our room was soaking wet and get another room with no issue. In the second room, my wife and I ended taking our shower with our sandal because the shower was so discusting with mole, hair on the wall and stain of i dont wanna know on the curtain. Our bed was completely destroyed without any suport and both had back pajn the next day. We never complain but had to for this othrs. We do NOT RECOMMEND

STAY AWAY.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We stay at a lot of hotels for work, kids sports or just travel and have never experienced anything this bad. The rooms were disgusting and not clean. The people below us outside drinking, swearing and being loud. When I called the front desk I don't believe anything happened as the noise continued until 2:30 am. The room was gross with the ceiling breaking apart, the floor wet, screens missing, no A/C, hand prints on the wall. As a parent it was hard to sleep be ause my 2 kids were scared and wanted to leave but there was nothing else available. For this being a Ramada Hotel (I guess it pays for the name) Ramada should pull their name from this hotel and also Hotels.com / Expedia should not have it on their website. This was a bad experience and if Ramada puts their name behind them, I personally will never book a Ramada or Wyndham Hotel again.

The lobby looks amazing but the hallways and rooms were beyond filthy. For the first time ever, I asked to change rooms and cancelled the rest of our nights. First room had no shampoo, the second had no body wash and ketchup on the wall. The furniture was disgustingly stained. I’m surprised this place is still open for business.

It was a horrible 5 min experience. I had to check out within 5 min. It was dirty(dirty is an understatement), smelled like alcohol, holes in the walls, bathroom smelled , .. Went to get a refund. Front desk say she would. But the expedia rep. Sent me an email saying they couldn't contact the hotel. So my payment went to the trash. I ended up at the CourtHouse Hotel wich was beautiful. I should have read the reviews.

The bed was dirty. They upgraded me to a different room which was very outdated. There was no hot water in that room. I called and they said they would send someone up to look at it but no one ever showed up. I definitely will not be staying there again.

The halls smelt like garbage, couldn't get into our first rooms key cards wouldn't work once the got us in the a/c wasn't working , had to wait for another room to be cleaned , came back an hour later to find the room full of flies over 15 went to ask for a fly swatter and they thought I was a joke , then they charged my credit card for 469 when my room wasn't even $200 The parking lot area and front entrance need lots of work I actually asked if it was safe to stay here and the beds are squeaky All around very aweful place to stay will not stay here again

The staff was very warm and welcoming. I think his name was Mandeep. He suggested good places for us to go to get good view of the sleeping giant and also where to get some good food.

Some good some not so good things.

Bed was very comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff helpful and friendly. However the parking lot looked like a war zone. Very sketchy looking people hanging around and the pavement had deep potholes everywhere. The worst. A paving company was pressure washing the tar and black oil from its truck meters from our entrance. Environmentally it made me angry.
