La Casa del Medianero is a charming traditional Canarian home that blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. Located in the peaceful village of Macher, it offers a perfect balance between relaxation and exploration, with easy access to both the north and south of Lanzarote. The Room

The Domingo room features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The bathroom is open-plan with an arch and no door, as shown in the photos. It includes a hairdryer and essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap).



Air Conditioning

Air conditioning is included and available in the bedroom only. It operates in cooling and heating modes and is set to standardised settings to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.

The system is centrally managed via our internal app, therefore no remote control is provided. It maintains a constant average indoor temperature of 24 °C.



Living Area & Kitchen

Guests have access to a comfortable shared living area with a sofa bed (150x190), suitable for one additional adult or two small children.

To ensure maximum comfort, we recommend a maximum of four guests for this accommodation.



The space includes a Smart TV, access to a fully equipped kitchen (including oven and standard utensils), and reliable fibre-optic Wi-Fi (~65 Mbps), ideal for streaming or remote work.

Additional guests use the sofa bed and incur an additional nightly fee, which must be correctly added to the reservation

Both private rooms and shared areas open onto pleasant outdoor spaces with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden, patio, or pool—ideal for relaxing and enjoying Lanzarote’s climate.



Location

Macher is a quiet and authentic village in southern Lanzarote. Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are approximately 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, local restaurants, a petrol station, and a church.



Arrival & Access

The property offers keyless digital access via the Hoomvip app, which also includes the mandatory online check-in form required by Spanish law. This must be completed before arrival.

Once check-in is completed, guests receive access instructions, a personalised digital guide, island recommendations, and essential contact information.

Cleaning & Linen

Bed linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels, and kitchen cloths are included. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is provided, including fresh linen and towels.



Family-Friendly Extras

A baby pack is available on request and subject to availability, at an additional cost. It includes a travel cot, high chair, bedding and blanket, towel, baby toiletries, portable baby bath, and children’s tableware.
