The detached luxury villa "CASA MAJOS" was beautifully built for you as a vacationer in 2018 and is located in a quiet, exclusive location in Puerto del Carmen (Los Mojones). Puerto del Carmen used to be a romantic fishing village and is still probably the most beautiful place on the island today.
The house is on a private road and cannot be seen from the outside. It is about 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the beach, as well as the promenade with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, etc.

This extremely spacious, two-story villa can accommodate 6 people. It has, among other things, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with hairdryer), 1 guest bathroom. There is also a cot and a high chair for the little ones.

In the basement, the large, open dining and living area offers plenty of space to linger. Here you can experience a cozy evening TV with a 65 inch television.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, hotplate, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all other utensils. A door leads from the kitchen to the utility room (Solana). This room is equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. An iron with ironing board is available.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Here you can linger on the spacious terraces and enjoy a wonderful view over the roofs of Puerto del Carmen to the sea.

All rooms have beautiful high ceilings and doors, the bedrooms and living rooms are also air-conditioned.

The hidden sun terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers and has a heated pool (8x4m). The garden is planted with Canarian plants. A kettle grill is also available. Here you can relax with a delicious bottle of wine.

WiFi internet is free and unlimited.

This villa is ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation.

General:
A beach towel, a shower towel and a wash towel are provided for each guest upon arrival. The house will be cleaned upon arrival and the beds will be freshly made. Please contact the property management if you require additional items.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning or new bed linen are subject to a charge and must be arranged personally with the property management.
The pool is heated by a pool heater. The temperature is 27 degrees. The pool should not be heated above this temperature, Otherwise there is a risk of contracting a viral disease.
I accept payments by credit or debit card, wire transfer, PayPal.

The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is just a few minutes away from the house. There is also a go-kart track and a zoo nearby.

Beautiful property, very large with an excellent kitchen and good sized pool. Well equipped with everything you'd need for your stay, with high quality fixtures and fittings. The upstairs terraces had great views in all directions, great for sunsets, and downstairs the spacious terrace felt private, barely overlooked by neighbouring properties. We had a few issues though, the main one being unreliable electrics. The pool heater and main water pump went off several times, leaving us with a cold pool and almost no water until the technician came to sort it. It failed again shortly after, and we had to sort it ourselves this time, as the local agent did not respond to our call. The pool remained rather cold for two days, but not too bad. Another time the main circuit tripped for the whole house, we sorted that ourselves too. There were issues with the freezer, the circuit for that tripped repeatedly, many times a day. There were also isolated cleanliness issues, particularly the outside table which was surrounded by dead leaves and very dirty. Overall, however, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, it is a really excellent property that I would recommend, and we would happily return to. I would advise the local agent to provide a more thorough briefing about the various circuit breakers, which are in three places, that way visitors would not experience the issues we faced.

Wonderful villa

Gorgeous villa, beautifully furnished, properly equipped and very well maintained. Located right on the edge of town, away from the bustle but an easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants - and as much bustle as we fancied each day! We stayed in the villa next door last year: This one has (I think) a slightly smaller pool but arguably better views, though frankly there is little to choose between them! We've already booked to stay again - not sure if it's possible to endorse somewhere more highly than that?

Great stay, location is absolutely perfect close to restaurants and shops

Nice home with all amenities you could wish for. Orientation is great if you enjoy sunshine also for the pool. Location is walking distance to the supermarkets, restaurants and shops. More restaurants within a 10-15 min walk that you would ever need. Internet was mostly okay, fine for holiday/vacationing/netflix. All in all a great stay and we can recommend Casa Majos.

Amazing Villa

The villa is amazing. It has everything you could ever need. The kitchen is fully equipped and has basic welcome pack to get you started. It is a home from home with a fully equipped laundry room, tvs in every room. En-suites for every bedroom. A beautiful heated pool and alfresco eating area, a relaxing upper terrace with seating and spectacular views. We will definitely be back.

Luxe, calme et douceur de vivre...

Nous avons de nouveau passé une semaine formidable dans cette villa tout confort. Les prix ont nettement augmenté depuis l'année dernière, mais la maison reste exceptionnelle, et d'un standing très supérieur aux autres hébergements de Puerto del Carmen. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter toute l'ile et ses paysages fantastiques. Le Lidl est à deux pas pour les courses. La communication avec Louise, qui gère la maison sur place, est facile et Louise répond très rapidement.

Maison de rêve

La maison est parfaite, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, moderne, lumineuse, toute neuve et très bien équipée pour 6 personnes. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, profitant de la piscine, du jardin, de la vue depuis la terrasse... Punta del Rosario est une ville très touristique, mais la maison est un peu à l'écart donc très calme. C'est un très bon endroit pour visiter toute l'ile facilement. L'aéroport est à 10 minutes. Comme partout dans les iles, il faut être économe en eau chaude et ne pas rester trop longtemps sous la douche, mais c'est normal. Communication très facile avec l'agence qui gère la location, mais si vous voulez communiquer avec les propriétaires il vaut mieux écrire en allemand ;-)

Wunderschöne Villa in guter Lage

Das Haus ist einfach toll! Bereits der erste Eindruck wenn man an vor der großen Eingangstür steht und in den Flur kommt ist ein Genuss. Große Fensterfronten im Wohnzimmer sorgen für viel Licht. Die offene Küche ist komplett mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und das Objekt verfügt über tolle Bäder direkt an jedem Schlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist groß, es ist wunderschön morgens im November auf dieser zu frühstücken oder mittags / abends den Grill anzumachen. Der eigene beheizte Pool sorgt für den Rest. Die Villa liegt zentral (Ortsmitte/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Spar) und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Empfang mit spanischen Spezialitäten war einzigartig! Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Objekt ohne wenn und aber!

Spędziliśmy tu z przyjaciółmi miły jesienny tydzień, podziwiając piękny widok na ocean i na góry. Willa jest przestronna i doskonale wyposażona, usytuowana w spokojnej okolicy, oddalona nieco od centrum. Krótki spacer pozwala dotrzeć do sklepów i restauracji. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami i managerem. Gorąco polecamy.

Das Haus ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aller Komfort vorhanden, sehr sauber, gute ruhige Lage, schöner Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (im Oktober 2021 bei bis zu 28° und leichtem Nordwind).
