Stylish & spacious villa with terrace & garden

This light and airy villa is situated on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the beach in Puerto del Carmen, with a large private terrace and garden area, and a communal pool just on the doorstep. The shops, bars, restaurants and cafes are also just a short walk away, and the larger Los Pocillos beach is a ten minute stroll.

The villa itself is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday, and is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

The space
The fully fitted kitchen houses all the appliances you might wish for should you prefer to cook during your stay, including a full size fridge freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster and a good range of saucepans, oven ware, accessories, cutlery and crockery.

If you are travelling with young children, we do have a cot, high chair and other equipment available to rent for a modest fee.

The lounge is tastefully decorated with two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with over 250 UK channels, books,
etc. The dining room table provides ample space for four to be seated, and the terrace table provides an al fresco dining setting.

The bedrooms both have ceiling fans for the warmer weather and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for all your holiday essentials. The comfortable beds come with linen provided, which will be changed at intervals on longer stays. Towels and beach towels are also provided.

The bathrooms are both a generous size, with a walk in shower in a wet room style. You will find a hair dryer provided should you need it.

There is a utility room with a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board are also available should you need them.

There is a large communal pool and smaller children´s pool just a stone´s throw away in a gated garden area, which is very peaceful and rarely busy, with plenty of sun beds for you to work on your tan.

You will find a bbq outside and sun beds on the terrace with a parasol if the sun becomes a little too much.
