The apartment "Lina’s Home" is located in Tignale on the panoramic road that leads to the hamlet of Aer, about 7 km from Lake Garda and it has been furnished with a refinement of details and has every comfort with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo from the terrace and windows. The guests have at their disposal a furnished terrace and one parking space.

800 m is the centre of Gardola, reachable on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. at about 2 km the municipal swimming pool (free entrance for our guests) and the Visitor Center. car or with the transfer (free for our customers) we reach the well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam".



The apartment is a two-room apartment of about 45 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside we find a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, one double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, terrace with spectacular lake view and one private parking space.



The comforts of the apartment include the kitchen with 2 induction burners, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, German coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, satellite TV, outdoor table and 4 chairs



Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr schön, besonders der kleine Ort um das Haus hat viel zu bieten und ist nicht zu sehr von Touris überlaufen.Das Schlafzimmer hat zwei gemütliche Betten. Es gab nur einen Kritikpunkt, die Klappcouch im Wohnbereich (für die 3 Person) hat sehr harte und spürbare Holzstreben und ist zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. Diese sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Einfaches Appartment mit tollem Blick auf den See

Wir hatten einen schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment ist einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Schlafcouch ist allerdings sehr unbequem und zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. Der Blick über den See ist atemberaubend. Um an einen Strand am See zu kommen muss man ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt über Serpentinen einplanen.
