Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and covered and leads over a 12 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 60 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. American kitchen 28 sqm, not heatable and with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Tihany. The holiday flat is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is an electric car charging station in the village (350 m).
