Motel 6 it’s like 5 stars compared to this trash

This place was not extended stay. The mattress was so bad you could feel every spring. It was so bad if you move a little you definitely wake the other person. The water had no pressure. They did not say but they only do room cleaning every 7 nights. There’s absolutely nothing I mean nothing in the kitchen. Refrigerator and microwave and small electric stove that’s all. Not even cup or fork. I don’t know if they understand the concept of extended stay. Also we were lucky enough to not have water for 27 hours. That means no toilet too. I found there’s no water when I got to my room jumped in the shower ready to wash up there’s no water. I walked by the front desk they saw me didn’t say anything like don’t use the toilet there’s no water…. As hotels.com just as bad they don’t do anything but waste your time. Better luck some other hotel and better company to book your vacation.

Honestly the hotel it self is beautiful and very close to good restaurants. But the people that work in it is not doing well , the rooms are going down meaning not clean like it should, bathroom nasty mold around the shower,

The staff was not as friendly as I thought for a pretty corporate hotel. I have stayed at several places far less expensive with are better staff, nicer beds and rooms, cleanlier and more stocked kitchenette and altogether more updated and having something special to offer. The water is nice to have though. I got 1 towel in my room and 2 small pillows on the bed with no comforter just a sheet. It was kinda funny for spending almost 100$ in tj. The facility is very secure so if that's what you are looking for this is a good place for that.

Rooms floor dirty, smells dirty only 2 towels had to wait a day in a half to receive an iron as they don’t have enough. Sheets in room were dirty as well. Good side Hotel is centric and has a lot of walkable options

I liked the location of the hotel but there were a lot of things that were not good. For example no iron, safe, or hair dryer in room. The water pressure was not great. The Tv did not work for one day out of the two days stay. We had to wait for clean towels. You have to ask for toilet paper when you run out. My companions stated they would not stay there again.
