Property policy for service dogs is misleading. The policy states that pets are not allowed, but Service Dogs are permitted. Upon arrival, I was informed dogs are not allowed. I presented my dog’s service dog certificate and veterinary vaccination records to no avail. I was not interested in making a scene and left without getting a refund because I had booked a last minute non refundable reservation. In the end, Expedia got involved and resolved my refund issue, but my point is there “service dog” policy is misleading, as advertised on Expedia, at the time of my reservation.

It’s a really nice, clean and new hotel. The location is great close to the border and next to a shopping mall a lot of stores and restaurants.

Recomiendo muchísimo este hotel, se siente uno muy cómodo y seguro, tienen un excelente servicio, todas las personas que trabajan ahí fueron súper amables, siempre buscando que nuestra estancia fuera placentera y definitivamente lo lograron. Cabe mencionar que tienen un delicioso desayuno que en nuestros 3 días en el, era una grata y deliciosa sorpresa el ver que cada día tenían una variedad en la comida que tenia un muy buen sazón. Este lugar me motivo a regresar a Tijuana, donde la verdad nunca pensé que me hospedaría y menos que quisiera regresar. Ampliamente recomendado!!!!
