It’s a great place to spend your weekend solo, with friends or family. Very secure and the personnel are very polite and helpful like no other hotel I’ve stay before. The rooms are extra clean and with the big screen they have in the rooms is just like being home.

Room attendants were amazing, security guards were very helpful and polite. Front desk staff were also super friendly and quick check in. The room was very clean. The only downside is that you could hear everything from the neighbors room.

Terrible service they gave us our room and our room was not ready we had to wait for like 1hr to get our room my kids needed to use the restroom made us wait when u would shower the water would go out the restroom and spill water all over outside my kids almost slipped and fell. Bad experience.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, our restroom window was open when we arrived a bit after midnight and the window had no screen. Also when reserving it says there was breakfast included. When we went to have breakfast they said it was only for one person and we had to purchase the other which came out to a little over $15 USD and I only had coffee and papaya. Not worth it! We also left a blanket in the room & I called as soon as we left the premises and they said it was not found our must have been in the laundry room. We went to try & retrieve later in the day and they could not find it.

It was a nice hotel. The staff never gave me extra towels the food was ok. Check in was at 3pm i checked in at 3pm but had to wait nearly an hour to get my room.

we showed up at 4 pm and they told us the room wasn’t ready so we left and came back at 9. when we walked in the room there was freshly spilled beer on the dresser, there was hair all over the floor, on the bed, and in the shower. in the shower there was a used container of shampoo on the floor. i asked to have the room cleaned while we had dinner and when we went back to the room the room was still disgusting so i went to buy bleach and i cleaned it myself. The restaurant service was so slow and the food was ok. when i was checking out the receptionist was rude. never again would i stay here
