Sucio y los baños no funcionaban especificamente las regaderas. Me dieron un late check out esto fue amable de su parte. Pero esto no compensa las condiciones en las que tienen en el hotel por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Tiene una mala administracion.

This was a 2 night stay for my wife and I. This was our first time staying at Hyatt Place. The hotel is immaculate. So clean and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, spacious with sofa, coffee maker and refrigerator. The only problem was they were having elevator issues. We were on the top 7th floor and it was necessary one time to walk all the way up to our floor in the stairwell. That is hard for us as we are seniors. The free breakfast is great. One particular receptionist was particularly helpful after we checked in to help me with logging on to the WiFi. There were some WiFi issues and she was very patient and helpful to help get on WiFi as my job depends on it. I cannot remember her name. Great hotel and we will stay there again.
