The Space:

Unit located on First Floor (The pool area is one floor below with Excellent View to The Beach even seating from the living room enjoy the wave's view)



Units above and side also are Airbnb , sometimes we get noisy guest or making noises after please be aware I can’t control that part.



PARKING only 1 Spot assigned underground garage IS FOR REGULAR MEDIUM SIZE CAR

Garage door entrance is 6.5 feet tall. X 9 feet wide



WARNING If you have a very low car, please make sure you manage the entrance slow, so it doesn’t hit the floor on the entrance ground (see garage picture on listing)

The Fireplace is Electric Not wood or Gas it has heather and different colors.



Beach chairs , ice cooler , body boards. Towels Please make sure they are returned to unit or will be a $15 charge for each



LATE CHECK OUT unauthorized after 11:00 am there will be a charge of $25 per each hour , starting at the clock. ( Hope you understand I have to prepare for next guest, and I need all the time planned for this.



STAINS IN BED SHEET, will be a penalty of $25.00 per set plus $25 for Mattress cover is the stain goes there.





BUILDING RULES ARE CLEARLY POSTED WITHIN THE PROPERTY. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY, WITH ALL PAYMENTS FORFEITED. GUESTS AGREE TO HOLD THE HOST HARMLESS FROM ANY RESULTING CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES.

Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental, the vacationers agree to immediately notify owner of any maintenance problem, so that situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control, this includes but not limited:

Mechanical Failure jacuzzi and pool, Television, Internet, Water city or building problems, Electrical city or building problems

Vacationer would be responsible for any clog drains, or damages done to bathroom, kitchen or electronics for negligence.

Owner should NOT be liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers renting during their stay.

Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationers belonging during their stay.

There is no front desk arrival time needs to be arranged in advance



Unfortunately THE GPS MAP on this website is not accurate BUT place address on regular GPS or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) MAPS and is extremely easy to arrive is only 1 block from main Rosarito Blvd.



The Neighborhood:

Very Secure area, 1 private underground garage and security on premises and only 1 small block from Rosarito Main Boulevard.



Getting Around:

Only 10 -15 minutes walk to Rosarito Beach Hotel where outside is full of restaurants, papas and beer club, bars and horse rentals.



Outside my building across the street there is a gas station with 7-11 store.



Right outside my building 1/2 block there are restaurants as well famous Tacos El Jr. and further Rosarito's most famous Birrieria and other Italian , couple burger place , famous Rosarito tamales tents , other restaurants too.



5 minutes drive south there is the famous restaurant TAPANCO great for breakfast and dinner , right next to it the coffee shop MONICICLO excellent coffee and the ambience beach front plenty of outdoors tables



Also right outside there is 7/11 and Oxxo



Other Things to Note:

Pool area and Lobby:

1 full bath with shower and hot water if need extra shower and 1/2 bathroom also extra located on pool area and another 1/2 bathroom located on Lobby.



Building lobby area located on same floor has a bathroom



Pool area has 1 full bathroom with hot water shower and 1/2 extra bathroom.
