Good hotel in nice surroundings

Nice area by the golfcource. Large and good room. Breakfast very good. Nice terrace to have a glas of wine in the evening. Irritating having to order by your mobile or a screen. The bar didn't recommend any wine and asked us to look digitally. Maybe modern times. To sum it up, a nice place to stay.

We travelled 8 days with friends and have booked 2 rooms close to each other in each hotel.When we checked in the staff placed us as far apart as it was possible. We kindly asked to move one of us , but the staff was acting in a negative way and had no understanding or interest to make our stay better .

If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it.

Positiv: Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, man kann die Driving Range kostenlos nutzen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt Negativ: Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig und dafür ist es nichtmal sichergestellt, dass man einen Parkplatz am Gebäude mit dem eigenen Zimmer bekommt. Wünsche an der Rezeption wie einem zusätzlichen Kissen wurde trotz Zusage nicht nachgekommen. An unserem Duschkopf befand sich Schimmel. Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und wuselig, da das Buffet in einem zu kleinen Raum aufgebaut ist.

Personal war sehr nett Check -in verzögert da Zimmerkarte mehrfach nicht ging und ersatzschlüssel zunächst nicht zu finden war. Das Badezimmer war leider nicht wirklich saubere der Heizkörper war verdreckt, der Spiegel mit einer dicken Staubschicht belegt und zwischen den Lampen hingen spinnenweben.

Der var en masse ekstra udgifter ved in-check som ikke var oplyst til forhånd, så opholdet blev lige 100 euro dyrere end først oplyst. Der kom ikke rengøring på værelset mens vi var der. Personalet taler dårligt engelsk, og alt info, papirer, menukort osv er kun på tysk intet engelsk. Ikke særlig turist venligt. Derudover kun tyske tv kanaler med tysk dubbing så man kan ikke se tv medmindre man forstår tysk. Sauna er kun tændt fra kl 15.00meget skuffende. Så hvis man vil i spa før kl 15.00 er det kun poolen som er åben, denne er desuden ikke opvarmet så det er koldt og ikke særlig velvære agtig

Opholdet var fremragende ! Værelset var rigtig godt, og personalet var meget flinke. Golfbanen var rigtig god, banen var passet flot. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, MEN hunde skulle godt nok forbydes adgang til restauranten, idet 2 morgener oplevede vi en hund, som selv hoppede op og spiste af en morgenmads tallerken, hvilket var ulækkert !! Desuden fodrede ejeren af nævnte hund selv hunden.

Zum wiederholten Male dort übernachtet und nach wie vor eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Tolles frühstück, alles sehr ruhig gelegen und bestens ausgestattet. Lediglich der Empfang könnte etwas freundlicher und weniger blasiert agieren, aber das ist vmtl. Tagesform gewesen.
