Overall, my experience was good, but the reason why I am leaving a two star review is because I changed my booking to a bigger room and they did not refund me for the small one bedroom that I previously had. So despite me using a bigger room and not even touching the room that I had before I still had to pay for the first room.

We asked for as quiet an area as possible, and we ended up on the 3rd floor directly over the parking lot and had to deal with a diesel semi leaving at 5:00 am. Not their fault but they let us switch rooms to the 1st floor on the other side of the motel.

The experience was great. This location is good, that's it, that's all. You need to sleep after a long drive, you're in the right place. Don't expect fancy! This ain't that. Nice Continental breakfast and delicious coffee. Staff professional and friendly! Walking access to several restaurants in the area or by vehicle. Quiet, comfy, cozy. Hope this review helps

We travel a lot. Unfortunately people from some cultures, who own and/or manage hotel facilities here may have a different mindset towards what Americans expect. It is unfortunate that corporate America doesn't do a better job educating potential owners and managers about what people want versus "stuff" just to get by with. While the exterior looks good the inside, the heart, is where the "good stuff" comes out. Generally everyone is very pleasant and breakfasts are okay.
