Expedia has this property down as non-smoking, and no where to choose non-smoking. We got to the hotel and got our room, we walked in and the smell of smoke was strong the hotel staff was very kind an told us there were no non-smoking rooms available for double occupancy. So we got another room and had to pay for it. Expedia is getting more and more difficult to work with in communication. I have booked with them for years and haven’t had a problem until this year.

東横インさん、初めて利用させて頂きました。 現在、無料朝食を提供するビジネスホテルは多くなりましたが。ここまで充実した手作り感溢れる朝食は初めてで感激しました。2泊しましたが、メニューもおなじではなく、日替わりメニューが多く楽しかったです。 ちょうど入社式の多い日程だったせいもあり、高稼働のためか、エレベーターがなかなか来ないことが不便でした。2基では難しいのかもしれませんが、高層階用、低層階用に分けて使えてもいいかと思います。
