The room is clean and there is a regular cleaning service every 3 days. The staff is quite friendly on the guest request. It's also convenient to access to different places around, but there are some other APA hotel branch closed to JR station. It's still very good location that there are Donki and different convenient stores closed to the hotel. The luggage weight at ground floor is also impressive as value added service. The only improvement is that it would be even better if there is an option to delay the checkout time slightly without charges.

Hotel was really good and convenient during our stay. Provided lots of amenities daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to store luggage and shopping underneath the bed.

The room was in good condition. There were some stains on the walls, hair behind the toilet, and the staff would start cleaning very early. The walls were thin so I was woken up around 7-8 everyday. Other than that the front desk and cleaners were friendly and always left fresh towels and other daily necessities everyday. I would come back again for the same price that I stayed.

I was kind of afraid to book it looking at the reviews, but I actually had a lovely stay. I traveled solo and stayed here for 7 days and didn’t have a problem. The rooms are small but you can’t beat the price, and it’s really not a problem. The staff at the entrance greeted me and helped me with my check in as soon as I walked in, and check out was seamless. It’s in a pretty good location, too, not far from the station and near a DonQ, I 100% would stay here again !

Smallest room I’ve ever been in and they offered everyone and upgrade option for additional price but they never offered it to me and when I asked for it they said they had no rooms available, then offered the person right behind me if they wanted to upgrade but it’s a convenience location wise
