It’s small but very efficient, but you’re only there to crash, sleep recharge and go out exploring pretty much all day. Works for me I love the onsen too.

I loved the cleanliness and location of this hotel. It is close to shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, and Metro stations literally within walking distance. It’s very safe and you can stay out as late as you want. But the rooms are very tiny. We didn’t even have enough space for our luggages, no storages and no space to move around. I am not sure if they have other floor plans but the rooms we were in were extremely small. The hotel lobby is also used as storages so there is no sitting area. So you can’t even go downstairs to the lobby to relax and get a break from that small closed room. So if you have. claustrophobia this place is not for you.

The area was nice and convenient to walk to Kabukicho, liked that there was laundry. Downfall was the limit on laundry snd the dryer did not dry the clothes properly. Also sad that its not a tattoo friendly onsen/bath house gor thevsmount if tourists this place gets.

Great location, breakfast nice, room far too small, shared a very small double with my 13 yr old son even though on the booking it stated 0 bed share. Room was so hot air con wasnt on the heating thermostat was set to 16c mininum, but the room being so small it was stifling, windows do not open

This was definitely a cozy room - everything was very functional, clean and what to be expected! Definitely a small room but all you need when you’re out exploring all day anyway. Staff were incredibly friendly also!
