Clean and comfy

Very clean hotel. Could use some shelves to hold packing cubes. I did hang things up. Great location. Close to subways to travel all over Tokyo. Staff were so helpful with directions. I think they should provide a bottle of water for each day instead of just first day. I did refill my bottle at breakfast. A 12 minute walk to the airport limousine which was great!!

The room was very small but clean and the staff was was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Checkout was easy but the card drop was placed in the way of people exiting the elevators either leaving the hotel or checking out. It created congestion for those just coming in and out.

It’s very small even though I got told my room is bigger than other travellers. It’s near lots of restaurants and shops around Godzilla. About 10-15mins walk to Shinjuku station.

Great accomodations. A 10 minute walk to metro. The breakfast is pricey at $15 but there is no alternative in the area - but the breakfast was very good. Dozens of eating establishments down the nearby allys but they are not open early.

It was ok!

I enjoyed the at the 2nd floor, i like all the toiletries, lotion, face moisturiser all good on my skin. Daily cleaning and replenishment for toiletries. The room is too small for couple, if you are claustrophobic like me, this is not suitable for you. I could not sleep the first night and was panicking at 2AM due to claustrophobia. The breakfast selection of food is great. Very near the Higashi Shinjuku station like 5mins walk. With nearby Donki and grocery stores. You can also walk to Shinjuku station.
