Hotel is 170 m walk from Tobu Sky Tree Line Asakusa station (TS01). It's a 500 m walk from Asakusa/Ginza Line Asakusa station, and this is a bit of a walk with luggage or with children.
The street in front is busy, and there's at times minimal space to park temporarily to unload/load.
We stayed in room 601, in the Superior Work Room. The back patio is on the 6-go "Edo-dori" side. I never heard any noise from above or below, though I'm unsure how full the hotel was. Never heard any trains, and heard some car traffic from inside the room. Leaning over the northern edge of the patio, we could barely see Tokyo Sky Tree past the 15 story building across the street. You would probably have a decent view of the Sumida Firework Festival in July.
Having a washer was nice, but wished it was a washer/dryer combo. We hung dried clothes in the shower room with the dehydrator. There weren't enough hangers or places to hang clothes.
Beds were not hard or soft, just right. There were plenty of outlets around the beds. AC worked well in relatively warm days in November. Fridge was medium size and appropriate. There was no CAT5 available. WiFi speed was 127 mbps down, 55 mbps up.
Closest 24/7 convenience store is 190 m walk away. No grocery stores in the vicinity. Numerous small restaurants with limited hours in the vicinity of Tobu Asakusa Station. Closest bus stops are within 100 m walk away. Hotel provides no parking, but there are hourly paid parking nearby.
