The room is a good size, has a mini kitchen. The bathroom is a good size. The bed was comfortable, the area has a lot of dinning options right outside the hotel. The closest train station is 4 minutes away, there is convinience stores next door. A really great choice.

Safe place, Quiet neighborhood, very basic hotel, extremely basic, little tricky to get to this hotel from Shinagawa station, until you get to know the place...around 10-15 minute walking distance..
