Nihonbashi oasis

The hotel is located in the business area of Nihonbashi but there are a number of (corporate) museums within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the Ozu paper museum (and gift shop). For everyday Japan go to Kanda which is nearby too. We really like the 'public bath' which does not have therapeutic waters but is calming and clean. The rooms were small but clean. As for the breakfast, I recommend the Japanese over the western option. We did have an issue with a missing room key which the hotel said they would charge us $20 for! We protested and the issue was resolved but it was stressful because we were rushing to our early morning international flight.

We were only starting 2 nights at this hotel, and we left one camera battery dual charger on counter top. Next night we found out it was gone! Very unfortunate for us! Luckily it isn't the most expensive item and it's the end of our trip, otherwise it will cause us more trouble. We truly hope the hotel can make a note of it. If this kind of incident is recurring, it will only hurt the hotel's reputation and business.

This hotel was incredible! Staff were very friendly and greet you every time you walk in! They also speak great English, which was very helpful! I loved how they give you the option of whether or not you want your room cleaned daily or not, free of charge. Additionally, regardless of whether or not your room is cleaned, staff provide a bag with extra towels on your front door. Overall, this was a 5-star experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and rooms were very clean. Very close to metro station. Bed was comfortable and pyjamas provided. Room size is typical, we opted for a room with a tub which was nice, sink located outside the bathroom so bit of extra room inside. Overall excellant hotel.
