To get the negatives out the way I must say I wasn't happy with check in - the sort of customer service experience that often arises in Japan where, if staff see you're accompanied by a Japanese person, they'll basically avoid all eye contact with the foreigner, let alone attempt to communicate in English, and speak exclusively to the Japanese speaker regardless of whose name the booking is under. I know from experience this often happens in Japan (as it's one of my only pet hates about travel in the country) but not what one expects from an airport hotel. However, undeniably a very stylish and immaculate hotel with exceptional rooms, amazing bathroom, and a great view of Haneda airport.

I really enjoyed the quality of the room with excellent view and rooftop. Friendly and great service. Though public transportation access is excellent, the dining options are extremely limited. No in-room dining available. UberEats worked, but very limited options during late night. I really liked their custom feature like monitoring availability of coin-operated laundry and checking business of the restaurant during breakfast. But I didn’t use neither one of them.

The hotel was very clean and and the staff very courteous and helpful. I would not stay again only because of the location. The station where it is located is only a small bare station with no restaurants or shops. It's located at Innovation City which is mostly businesses and only a couple of small restaurants. Was wrong in thinking Innovation City to be full of shops, etc. Also we weren't able to use the shipping service to other hotels from there.

the room is clean and good location to see airplanes!! we can also see the Mt. Fuji from the hotel. Breakfast is also tasty and so many types of cuisines.

Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was super comfy and bathroom amenities were great. Perfect for a night before or after a flight. TV had Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon etc, which no other hotel in Japan had and we had stayed in a few so that was nice.

The staff was helpful and checkin/checkout was made very easy. The room was clean and very spacious with a large comfortable bed and plenty of charge ports. Only missing amenity was hot coffee, typically provided by hotels in the lobby. They give you a small pourover kit instead but that is a minor preference. The location is a lengthy stretch to all the tourist hotspots but it’s fantastic for ensuring a quick trip to your designated terminal to prepare to head home. Definitely worth a stay on your last leg of your trip before heading back to your home location.
