Loved this place! Loved the talking dinosaur concierge. The self check-in was easy, the free breakfast, lounge, and bar time, the grab and go amenities, etc. The lobby was decorated so nicely with the dinos wearing raincoats (rain themed), it was so cute and cool. This place was great! I'd love to come back

The dino check in desk was so much fun! The room was also larger than expected, and was able to hold 3 adults with 6 large pieces of luggage well! The breakfast is also incredible! Would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo in the future!

Really enjoyed the ease of check in and check out and it was really neat to have anamatronic dinosaurs at the front desk. It was a short walk from the train station but it was so quiet in the area after all the touring around of Tokyo. I would stay there afain if I am fortuanate enough to go to Japan again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Henn na Hotel Nishikasai! 1. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro station, which is so easy and cost efficient to use. We used it for our trips into the city. 2. Located in a walkable area with a 7-11, Lawson, Family Mart and a McDonalds all within a couple of blocks. Lots of dining options as well! 3. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out! 4. The dinosaurs talk every time you walk in. English and Japanese! Made for a fun atmosphere! 5. There is a phone to contact staff. They are quick to answer, polite, and go above and beyond to assist you with questions and requests. 6. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and the beds are so comfortable! Bathroom is roomy, with a deep, soaking tub. The shower is fantastic with strong water pressure and hot water. The soap they offer smells wonderful and left my skin super soft. I didn’t have to use moisturizer the entire stay. The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing too and left my hair soft, with volume, no frizziness and easy to comb through and style. 7. The hotel is spotless! Even smells clean! We never once saw our cleaning service but they tidied up our room and bedding daily. So nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. 8. The shuttle service to Disney is on time, efficient and well organized. They give out passes one half hour before departure and we always had a seat. 9. Breakfast is so good! Afternoon cookies and drinks every night! A staple for us! Miso soup and sodas too!

Fantastic base for Disney, Tokyo and beyond

The staff (not the dinosaurs) at Henn na Hotel Tokyo were extremely helpful. Provided there's space, there was no issue with just hopping on the Disney shuttle without a ticket, and when we had to extend our stay for an extra night we were able to check-in to one room early. The metro is a short walk away and connects to major stations making getting around Tokyo on a 24hr ticket simple (you don't need a ticket for 4yr olds)

Nice size room. Shuttle service was nice but wish there were more options on weekdays. Breakfast had several options although all of this was unusual for an American. Nice to have the room straightened each day. It was fun talking to a dinosaur at checkin and checkout. Shuttle drivers extremely nice and punctual.

The vibe of this place was great, I’ve never stayed in a hotel where Dinosaurs check you into your room lol. The amenities were solid and the complementary options were something else for sure. 10/10 would stay here again.

Shuttle to Disney and many parks near by.

This was a longer stay so we chose the less expensive hotel for all five us. It was small room but efficient for our needs. Shuttle service was prefect for Star Wars Celebration and Disney. Local transit station was very close. Many restaurants and uber eats if you rest your feet.

Great stay!

Everything was great! The hotel was clean, bedding was so comfy and shower was amazing. It was a perfect location. Easy walk to the train. The breakfast was plentiful. They had a collection of free drinks in the evening. Washer, dryer and lockers were available. I would stay here again.

Simple but great stay with nice amenities!

Check-in and check-out was very fast if you input your info early from their email. The talking dinosaurs were fun! Room was small, but good enough for a quick stay. Everything was clean. One of the usb ports by the bed was loose and did not charge well, but other than that, everything else was fine. The Disney shuttle was a perk we stayed for. The ticket process in the morning was easy. We also caught it back at night. Even the earliest one at 19:30 was crowded, so get in line early. Note that other hotels use the same stop. Amenities here were the best, especially with the free breakfast, tea time, and cocktail hour. We used all of it and it was nice. I only wish the cookies from tea time were out for cocktail time too. The room amenities (body towels, razors, etc.) were available to take in the lobby which was nice. They offered pajamas, but we didn't use it. We tried the LG Styler, but it didn't take out much wrinkles in our clothes. It came out feeling and smelling fresh though.
