This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Even though it was in a very busy area, the building had a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere. The room was perfect. The bedding and amenities were amazing. Worth the money.

The room size is quite reasonable for a shinjuku hotel. It’s clean and staff were very friendly. In fact, they even help guide us to the clinic for my son’s emergency IV.

Our stay was very nice. It's in a busy area but they purposely had the rooms up on the 20th floors and up so you never hear the noise while still enjoying the convenience of staying in a lively area. The 7/11 was close by was so convenient for us. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby as well as shopping areas. We had a wonderful experience. Our view of the city buildings were a nice touch in addition to the rooms being so clean.

The property was really clean and hip. I even purchased the awesome robe I used in the room. It was very close to downtown Shibuya. If you dont want to be in the "mix:, dont stay here but we loved proximity to shopping, food, and just overall liveliness.

My daughter and I enjoyed this location in Shinjuku. We arrived into Haneda airport and reserved a seat on the airport limousine, which took us non stop right to the hotel, the convenience of transportation to the hotel was nice after a day of travel. The rooms are nice, modern clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. Close to shinjuku train station and very walkable. Felt safe always.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. It is an easy walk to the Shinjuku station which gives you access to most of the main train lines. Beware the laundry facility is very busy. There are 5 washer/dryer combo machines that take a very long time to dry, so it was difficult for us to get a washing machine mid-way through our trip. This was a relatively minor inconvenience for an otherwise fantastic stay!

The staff are amazing. 5 stars for staff. I gave it 3 stars because room was small, toilet and shower are small. Toilet smells a bit and is bit claustrophobic. Only a curtain seperates bed from toilet so no privacy. Also have to go to 18th floor for obby. No explanation about how to catch your shuttle to airport, that was confising. Fyi talk to the lobby, there is basement that your shuttle needs to go to. Staff is really amazing though

This is a beautifully designed, upscale hotel in a bustling, high-energy neighborhood. The rooms and facilities are high-quality. Staff are excellent! Check-out the bar and restaurant. Starbucks in the building a plus. Easy access to trains and taxis. Loved the bathroom, sheets, comforter, pillows. Floor to ceiling windows. All floors are high. We were on 37 in a premium twin. Worth a little extra for more square footage. Excellent shower and tub. Separate toilet a plus. My favorite hotel on my two week trip. Really focused on service. Shout out to housekeeping. They were on it for daily refresh! Best experience with housekeeping.

Very clean, great staff, and an incredible spread for breakfast. It's within walking distance of the train station and fun dining experiences. My 18 year old son loved the area, while i thought it was kind of a younger vibe area.
