Amazing hotel in Shinjuku close to everything restaurants shops malls cinema etc …amazing staff and clean room … some rooms facing the Shunjuku station and it was noisy (if like to wake up late that’s impossible) Rooms in high floors if you have phobia so this is not goog for you(Please be advised: The elevator is transparent, offering a full view of the outside. Guests with acrophobia may find it uncomfortable)

Would recommend. We stayed here for the first 3 days of our family trip. Rooms were great and had lovely views over Tokyo. The cute pajamas they gave you were super comfy. Area was right in the thick of things. Only negative, check-in was a bit messy(you use machines rather than working with humans which was a bit of a pain point and not the warmest greeting.) you sort of want a human touch after a 10 hour flight. However the staff was always eager to please.

Design of the room maximised the room area. Amenities are decent, comfy bed. Hotel is in location where lots of food outlets are open 24 hours and the airport limousine bus is right downstairs.

Rooms very well equipped and clean. Nothing to fault, comfortable beds, bathrooms in great condition. If i had to comment on one thing that would be having to use 2 lifts from ground floor to level 18 and then another to room floor. No room service either or maybe we just couldn't find it.

The room was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows. The amenities in the room were outstanding. We ate breakfast twice at the restaurant. It was quite expensive but the taste and variety of food was great! I would stay again.
