All are very good! Just few steps to Ikebukoro Station. Many convenience stores nearby. Staffs all are very warm and helpful. Room very clean no matter it is a years hotel. There is airport bus in front lobby hotel to Haneda and Narita. Only rate a bit high... Thank you

Great location near Ikebukuro station. Very good buffet breakfast daily provides the perfect start to your day. Make sure to book the room with breakfast. The Airport Limousine Bus provides transportation from the Haneda or Narita Airports to the hotel and back. Tickets are affordable.

Had a very pleasant stay, the room was nice and all the staff seems very knowledgeable. What stood apart was one particular staff - Yoshida-san who was very attentive and went beyond and above on his service. He made our stay very memorable. We would come back and stay here.

Clean room. Excellent staff. Excellent service. Only 1 needs improvement. The Japanese breakfast side needs significant improvement. The miso soup was the worsted I had in Japan. Selection of Japanese items was inferior.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Less than a 5 min walk to a major train station, making the rest of the city reachable in less than 30! Not nearly as crowded as some other areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Accommodations were comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a great view of the city from our room. The lobby and lounge areas were luxurious, giving a relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for touring all the hot spots in Tokyo including Ikebukuro.

Late check-in was great. Check-in process was quick and efficient. Staff was courteous, with an attention to detail. When informed that the room safe was not working, housekeeping responded promptly, apologized for the problem and quickly fixed the problem.
