フロントの方の愛想がよい。 事前に部屋のエアコンを入れていてくれた。蒸し暑い時期なので、嬉しかった。 部屋の照明ポイントが多く、全体的に明るい。部屋で作業予定がある人にはありがたい。 部屋から赤羽駅が見放題。次々と電車が来る。新幹線も見える。 建物の古さは感じるが、その分お値段も良心的。

ゆっくりくつろげました

駅近なのにわりと静かでゆっくり休めました。 部屋もキャリーバッグを広げられるほどゆとりがあり、ユニットバスも足を伸ばせるくらい広かったです。 フロントの従業員も親切で良かったです。

受付の方、ルームメイクの方、電話対応の方、どのスタッフの方もとても感じがよかったです。お部屋もとてもきれいでした。特に出掛ける際の声がけは、気分よく一日を始めることが出来ました。 部屋に忘れ物をしてしまいすぐに気づいてお電話しました。迅速丁寧な対応で無事に手元に戻りました。お世話になりました。 1つだけ。。。枕元にコンセントがなかったように思います。こちらが気付かなかったとしたらごめんなさい。延長コードがあるとよかったです。
