Amazing hotel! To everyone reading this, I know hotels can be a difficult endeavor when traveling, but this hotel was fantastic. There are some reviews here that make it sound scary and even google does too. I stayed here and would definitely stay here again. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent view (city view) and staff was great and friendly. I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels. I hope this review helps all of you trying to have a great time in Japan! Best wishes!

Wonderful stay overall! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was exceptionally clean. My only concern was the mattress—it was a bit too firm for my comfort, which made sleeping a little difficult. Everything else was great.

The whole experience was amazing. Starting the day with an amazing view from the 40th floor breakfast, or garden view ground floor. The staff was helpful and made our stay smooth, with our accessibility needs.
