Thank you, visited from the UK, had one night here to rest my head and it was perfect for that - quiet and clean with AC in the room which you need in the summer. Property was in between 2 train stations. It is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the busy areas. It was quite a bit of a trek in hot and humid weather. In nice weather, the walk probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much. The facilities are a bit dated but clean. Staff is very nice.

Apparently they were doing renovations & my room absolutely wreaked of a sickly smell. Upon enquiring about this smell, they explained that it was because of the new wallpaper that had just been applied. The room itself was clean & comfortable, but the smell was terrible, sickening.

The best thing about this place is the staff people are very friendly and nice and helpful. There is no elevator. Room is small for a single room. They have been renovating rooms and they will be renewal soon.

L'hotel è decisamente datato, sia come struttura sia come camere, arredamento e servizi. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Il prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per quello che viene offerto. La nota positiva è che Il personale è gentile e la zona molto tranquilla e non trafficata, a due passi dalla stazione di Ueno.
