We had a wonderful stay and felt very safe throughout our time there. The presence of local police in the area added an extra sense of security, making it a stress-free experience, especially for travelers unfamiliar with the location. Beyond safety, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to attractions and dining options. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended it! If you're looking for a secure and comfortable place to stay with great service, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. As a foreign traveler, I truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. While having some knowledge of Japanese is helpful, the staff speaks English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible hospitality of several staff members. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. A special mention goes to a staff member who frequently plays the piano in the hotel, Ma-kun, an exceptionally talented musician whose performances added an extra layer of charm and warmth to the experience. It was such a delight to listen to their beautiful music in the lobby, creating a relaxing and elegant ambiance. Additionally, I was impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff. We had a small issue during checkout, but they quickly resolved the misunderstanding and ensured we received our belongings without any hassle. Their efficiency and dedication to customer service made a lasting impression. Overall, Hotel Tavinos is a fantastic place to stay, with a modern vibe, inviting atmosphere, amazing staff, and a touch of artistry that makes it stand out. Nice and sleek!

Really sleek, cool, comfortable hotel. I picked it because of the low price and was pleasantly impressed. The location is great, price is unbeatable. The hotel is sleek and modern. The only thing that was not so great is breakfast, which consisted of self served packaged pastries, but it was free, so no harm there.

The room I stayed in was very quiet. Everything was fairly clean except the bathroom, as there was black mold around the sink (I have mold allergies). Otherwise, the employees were very helpful, and the self-storage area was greatly appreciated. The area was perfect, with many dining options nearby.

Overall, the hotel was quiet and perfect for a solo traveler; however, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to rest properly. I had to buy my own pillow, but still the bed was like sleeping on a rock. The staff were extremely nice and everything else was good. If I were in the area again, I would most likely look for somewhere else.

It’s first negative experience in my life when hotels’s room is so tiny like a box since interior pretends to be modern and brand new. In lobby of hotel always there are many Asian guests; they gather to eat cup noodle or some cheap food from 7/11 combini which is down stair. Not pleasant to stay here.

Convenient location for tourist

Convenient location to sensoji temple and surrounding shops. The staffs were nice and very helpful. Twin room space was just enough for 2 people. Just need to organize our 4 luggages under the bed. My only complaint is the laundry dryers, they take a long time to dry my clothes. I put for 1 hour already and my clothes were still damp.
