This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in when visiting Japan! It has a spa connected to it with different onsens to choose from, a salt sauna where you grab the salt and put on your area of body that is hard or has a callous, and rub the salt in that area then enjoy the sauna heat to detox. The salt softens the skin. There is a dry sauna too that was too hot for me. But it was still really large and nice! The hotel is also connected to the Ariake Garden and mall! It’s full of fun play area indoor and outdoor for kids! Adults can relax while letting their kids under 6 play in this indoor playground. Outside there is a grass turf area in between water displays and my son just joined in a soccer game with other kids! It’s a beautiful area and the food and restaurants are so affordable! Better than staying in busy areas of Tokyo, and relax here! I can’t wait to stay here again!

The rooms are small but this is standard for Japan. The service was mostly so very kind and helpful except for one young man who briefly argued to dispute my concerns with spending almost 900 yen to dry a load of laundry that wasn't very dry. I merely wanted to share that the machine may need to have lint removed and didn't even ask for any money back. It was an odd exchange via Google translate. The restaurant is insanely overrated. Expensive and too crowded. The location is amazing. Only blocks to two train lines which was super convenient for our 10 day trip without a car. The mall is convenient too. Would stay again, great value for the rate!

This hotel is next to a major shipping with multiple food courts and a grocery store at the basement levelnof the mall. Also, has easy and excellent access to the gteater Tokyo subway system. The only down side tobthis hotel is the poor English fluency of the hotel staff.

We enjoyed the spa so much!! It is a little far away from the center of the city but it was perfect to enjoy the spa. The gym needs the update. Please add a water station and towels.
