Great hotel

The breakfast had many options, the hotel has a free shuttle to and from Shin-Urayasu station, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney Sea, the rooftop lounge has amazing views, the staff are all really friendly and supportive, the rooms are very spacious, and the shower has a pressure control. I loved my stay here, would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at this location. The rooms were clean and large, and the hotel was amazing. We got a shuttle to Disney, but it was right near public transportation to get to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about our stay! The service was top-notch, and the room was spacious and spotless—rare for Tokyo. The hotel’s shuttle service to the train station, Disneyland, and DisneySea was super convenient and well managed. We especially appreciated the airport transfer bus that stops right at the front door—only took about 1hr 15min to Narita. Don’t miss the rooftop bar—great vibes and stunning views. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Shin Urayasu. If you’re looking for an escape from the craziness of downtown Tokyo and its surrounding areas, this is great choice. Great transportation options, especially for Disney but also to access the rail lines. Clean, amazing food options for breakfast, staff was gracious, courteous and professional.

What an amazing experience. 10/10 would stay here again. The staff is SO welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As soon as we arrived they helped us with our luggage and offered to have it put in our room so we could explore Japan. Any question we had or service we requested was met with the upmost professionalism and friendliness, it truly made an impact. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, my children didn’t want to leave. We stayed there because of the convenience of being able to get to Disney and it was such an easy process. The shuttles are prompt and on time as the schedule they have printed. Truly a seamless process. Also, they have great dining options in case you’re exhausted to go out like we were. Can’t rave enough great things about our experience. Thank you to the staff for making it so memorable.
