The room was excellent, very spacious. Excellent amenities, very clean, and a convenient location. The breakfast was pretty basic and the area to eat is a little small, so it got crowded. But they kept it stocked and they had drinks and snacks available most of the day.

This hotel was a great base for our first 4 days in Tokyo. Conveniently located near both Tokyo and Nihombashi Stations, several konbini and what felt like thousands of restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. After seeing the provided breakfast options, we were glad we didn’t pay to include breakfast in our stay! We were able to find so many cheap and awesome breakfast items within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers as a solid and affordable option. One thing to note- if you are a fan of soft beds and pillows, this hotel is not for you!

The room was always clean and tidy. Bedroom, bathroom, shower area were very spacious, and we had enough room for our luggage. The day staff were very kind and accommodating. One thing that made me rate them 4 out of 5 was an incident one night when we returned to the hotel late and a night staff member was rude to us. Our request to watch our belongings for about two minutes was not difficult. However, overall, it is a highly recommended place, and I will definitely come back.

The room was very clean and bigger than all the other standard rooms Japan hotels that we stayed at. Separate toilet room from shower room. Loved that it was a big shower instead of a tub shower. Flooring vs carpeting makes seem cleaner and more modern. Very very close to Tokyo train station and Limousine Bus station made it very convenient. Staff nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

Excellent location. Many options for coffee and breakfast around the area, super easy access to the Yaesu North exit of Tokyo Station. Rooms are a good size by Tokyo standards. Room cleanliness could be improved but staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Great hotel! Very clean, rooms are a decent size, and the location can’t be beat. Close to Tokyo station and other metro lines. They also give free snacks and drinks daily. Bathroom is a bit small though. Wish my counter space was larger. Other than that, no complaints.
