It was very comfortable, and whem my A/C wasnt working, the staff promptly came up and helped us get it started. The rooms were clean and the curtains were proper blackout, which helped me sleep great! My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel, but i suppose there was a fire station or hospital nearby because we heard ambulances all day and night from the street. Word to the wise for Westerners: if you need to eat before you start your day and dont wanna think too hard about it, just reserve your stay with breakfast. Trust me, it's worth it.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was stylish and clean. It was walkable to the shrine and train station. The breakfast here was one of the best I have ever had! I would be very happy to come here again.

AC would cool then stop and it got hot and we woke up hit every 2 hours. Then it just stopped. We told the front desk, they came to the room, and just agreed that it was hot. We stared at each other for a while and i had to say i wanted a credit. Very awkward. They didn't charge us for 2 glasses of wine and a cheese plate, but that was it.
