My husband and I had an amazing time celebrating our wedding anniversary in this hotel. Out of all the hotels we stayed in our trip this one by far exceeded our expectations and delivered! They made our stay so special. It was honestly the highlight stay of our trip. The hotel was so beautiful and the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The breakfast within the hotel was phenomenal!! Big thanks to the Chefs whom cooked such wonderful meals. On our next Japan trip we will definitely be coming back, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

It meets all basic needs. The staff are professional and efficient, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and all basic toiletries are available. It is close to 2 subway stations and the small hotel bakery has delicious pastries. I did not have breakfast, therefore, I can not comment on that. It is a great value if that is what you are looking for. However, if you are looking for luxury this hotel is not for you. There is no one to help you with your bags and no one will greet you and open doors. The dining hours are limited and taxis are available when called. It is across from two ball stadiums and the noise level can be quite loud. If you only need a safe place to lay your head after a long day, this is probably a good deal. The room is too small for ANY type of standard suitcase. Very small rooms!

Clean room, clean, hotel, the room spacious had my own private soak bath. I got a corner room and all I can say is the balcony has a beautiful; love that they have their own little bakery downstairs second floor machines with alcohol is a plus I would come back again.

We were only at this hotel for one night but had a lovely stay. The location was great near three underground stops and the rooms felt very modern and clean. We didn’t get to use the pool but appreciated this being available for staff. The onsite bakery was also very handy although would’ve liked more vegetarian options in the morning.

Check-in was easy. The staff were nice. Most stuff were able to speak English. One male staff struggled to give us directions in English. The room is fine but smaller than it appeared on the website. The lighting in the room was kind of dim. We have stayed in several Mitsui Garden hotels in Tokyo. It seems that this hotel chain usually has dimly lit rooms.
